Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Horseland Hotel, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation policy while ensuring our resort operations and rooms are managed efficiently.

2. Cancellation Timelines & Charges

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit (minus standard bank/payment processing fees, if any).
• Moderate Cancellation: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to check-in will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking value or first night's tariff.
• Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date (No-Show), will result in 100% retention charges with no refund.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original mode of payment or bank transfer coordinates provided by the guest.

4. Modifications

Date changes or room modifications are subject to availability and must be requested via phone or WhatsApp at least 5 days prior to your arrival date.
