1. General Terms

By accessing our website, communicating via phone/WhatsApp, or confirming a reservation at Horseland Hotel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking or using our services.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policies

Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be coordinated with the front desk and may incur additional charges.
Identification: Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is mandatory for all adult guests checking into the hotel.

3. Booking, Payments & Confirmation

Reservations made via phone or WhatsApp are considered provisional until confirmed by our reservations team following receipt of advance payment or confirmation guarantee. Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice during peak seasons, festivals, or holidays.

4. Resort Rules & Conduct

As Horseland Hotel is located in an eco-sensitive hill station (Matheran), guests are expected to respect the environment, maintain decorum, and adhere to local municipal guidelines. Any damage caused to hotel property, linens, or fixtures will be charged directly to the guest account.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
